Er is sterk bewijs dat de lachman test een hoge sensitiviteit heeft. Alle systematic reviews en diagnostic study hebben een goede methodologische kwaliteit. In Malanga (2003) wordt een brede range gegeven voor de sensitiviteit en heeft geen conclusie uit de verkregen onderzoeken getrokken. In Benjaminse (2006), Scholten (2003), Jackson (2003) en Solomon (2001) is dit wel het geval. Naast de reviews geven ook de diagnostic studies een hoge sensitiviteit aan voor de lachman test. Lerat (2000) en Jain (2009) hebben een goede methodologische kwaliteit en geven een hoge waarde voor de test. Kim (1995) en Liu (1995) scoren minder hoog op methodologische kwalititeit, de conclusies uit deze diagnostic studies zijn vrij hoog voor de sensitiviteit. |
