Er is matig bewijs dat de Adduction test een matige sensitiviteit heeft. De sensitiviteit wordt in twee verschillende artikelen beschreven, waarvan één systematic review en één diagnostic study. Malanga (2003) geeft 0.25 voor de sensitiviteit terwijl LaPrade (1997) 0.67 geeft voor de sensitiviteit. Het verschil hiertussen is groot, maar aangezien Malanga (2003) een systematic review is en hoog scoort voor de methodologische kwaliteit is deze hoger in waarde geschat. Desondanks zal door de verschillende uitkomsten voor sensitiviteit, waarvan één onderzoek met matige methodologische kwaliteit, meer onderzoek nodig zijn om de juiste conclusie te kunnen trekken. |
