Volgens de literatuur die d.m.v. beoordelingslijsten hoog scoren op methodologische kwaliteit blijkt dat de Painful arc test een matige tot goede sensitiviteit heeft om subacromiaal impingement aan te tonen. Van de vijf artikelen, scoren drie artikelen rond de 0.7. Twee andere artikelen die hoog op methodologische kwaliteit scoren geven een zeer goede en zeer slechte sensitiviteit aan. Bij deze artikelen is er een afwijking in test uitvoering (Kelly et al, 2010) of er ontbreekt een beschrijving van de test uitvoering (Bak et al, 2010). |
