Volgens de literatuur die d.m.v. beoordelingslijsten hoog scoren op methodologische kwaliteit blijkt dat er een grote verdeeldheid is wat betreft de sensitiviteit van de Active compression/ O’brien test om een labrum probleem aan te tonen. Er zijn teveel verschillende gegevens om een eenduidig antwoord te geven. Zo scoort Chronopoulos et al (2004) 0.41, terwijl Ebinger et al (2008) 0.94. De andere 6 artikelen zitten tussen deze scores in. Ook zijn er veel (kleine) verschillen in onderzoek. Vooral in populatie zit veel verschil, zo gebruikt Chronopoulos et al (2004) 880 patiënten, terwijl Guanche et al (2003) maar 60 patiënten onderzoekt. Kortom, de waardes van de onderzoeken moeten meer overeenkomen om tot een eenduidige conclusie te kunnen komen. |
