Aan de hand van de beoordelingslijsten blijkt dat er twee artikelen zijn die hoog scoren op methodologische kwaliteit. In deze artikelen zijn de gegeven waarden voor sensitiviteit tegenstrijdig. Chronopoulos et al (2004) geeft een goede sensitiviteit voor het aantonen van een acromioclaviculaire laesie (resp. 0.77). Park et al.(2005) geeft voor deze test slechte waarden voor sensitiviteit(resp. 0.15-0.25), echter zijn deze waarden gevonden voor het aantonen van andere pathologie. Het lijkt erop dat deze test alleen hoog sensitief is voor AC pathologie. Deze waarde kan in twijfel worden genomen omdat deze uitspraak is gedaan aan de hand van slechts één artikel. |
