Er is sterk bewijs dat de anterior drawer test een matige sensitiviteit heeft. Wanneer gekeken wordt naar de methodologische kwaliteit van de artikelen, hebben de reviews een goede methodologische kwaliteit, maar de sensitiviteit verschilt. In het artikel van Malanga(2003) is geen conclusie getrokken, maar zijn de artikelen alleen benoemd. De sensitiviteit varieert van 0.22 – 0.41. Dit wijkt af van de andere gevonden wetenschappelijke artikelen. Het artikel van Benjaminse (2006), Scholten (2003) en Solomon(2001) geven een redelijke sensitiviteit, respectievelijk 0.55 en 0.62 voor Solomon (2001) en Scholten(2003), waarbij het artikel van Benjaminse (2006) en Scholten (2003) een conclusie is getrokken uit de gebruikte artikelen van de review. Naast deze reviews zijn er ook twee diagnostic studies die een hoge sensitiviteit aangeven voor de anterior drawer test. Echter is de methodologische kwaliteit van het artikel van Braunstein(1982) redelijk en is daardoor deze waarde minder betrouwbaar. Over het algemeen mag de conclusie worden getrokken dat de sensitiviteit van de anterior drawer test redelijk te noemen is, zoals in het artikel van Benjaminse (2006), Scholten (2003) en Solomon (2001) geconcludeerd is. |
